I know reaching out can be hard, so I’m glad you found your way here. I’m Laura Packard, a licensed independent clinical social worker in Massachusetts. I offer tele-health therapy and specialize in supporting teens and women who are navigating some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether your are experiencing something recent and overwhelming, pain that has been carried quietly for years, or the daily struggle of day to day tasks, I can help support you. So if you’re facing symptoms of a mood disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or postpartum struggles, my goal is to empower you to heal and thrive, cheering for you when you forget to cheer for yourself. While my clinical focus has been on women and teens, I welcome working with men who are navigating anxiety or depression as well.
My Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, grounded in a genuine connection. In our work together, you’ll find me in a warm, down-to-earth space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. You can be your authentic self, and explore what’s on your mind, while I promise to bring my authentic self, building your trust and our relationship session by session. Using traditional talk therapy, evidence-based tools like mindfulness, meditation, and some creative outlets such as art, we’ll build skills that support resilience, balance and healing. All tools utilized will be based off your comfort and needs, this isn’t about anyone but you!

I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is comfortable. I believe therapy should feel approachable, flexible, and empowering. I want you to look forward to coming and exploring yourself. Some days might be about learning new tools. Other days, you may just need space to talk and be heard. Whether we’re using a worksheet, exploring a tough emotion, or simply making room to process your week, our work will center on what’s most helpful to you. Therapy doesn’t always need to be heavy to be meaningful. Not every person finds value in a worksheet, or meditation, I will always make suggestions for tools that have statistically helped but you are never required to do things that are outside of your realm of helpful. We aren’t cookie cutter people.
Sessions are fully online, convenient, and I try to be as flexible, as I can as life can be unpredictable. If you need a change in day or time I will always do what I can to make things work. You can always count on my ability to propmtly communicate changes with you as well.

Fully Online - Individual Therapy
Our sessions are tailored based on what you need, providing a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and work toward your goals. Whether you need an unbiased space to process, or are looking for tools to help you overcome symptoms that you feel are heavy and getting in the way of fully living, I can support you. We’ll use tools like mindfulness, meditation, and sometimes creative strategies to foster healing and growth.

Intake - $165
40 minutes - $125
55 minutes - $145
Insurances Accepted:
Blue Cross Blue Shields, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim and Optum (United Behavioral General - United Health Care, Optum, UMR) - fee based on your insurance co-pays, deductibles and co-insurances.
